The terms that apply when you use the eSimuss website or purchase an available product.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after payment is successfully authorized and we confirm the order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or a destination we cannot serve.
eSIM compatibility and use
Customers are responsible for confirming that a device is unlocked and supports eSIM before purchase. Coverage, connection speed, and 5G availability depend on the destination, local network, compatible device, congestion, and signal conditions. Plan validity and data allowances are displayed on the relevant product page.
Physical products
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch. Risk of loss passes when the carrier records delivery. Warranty information displayed with a product is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Checkout and third-party services
Available products use a product-specific checkout page and may continue to Intuit or another disclosed payment provider. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for supplying accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Acceptable use and liability
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use products unlawfully. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSimuss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Arizona, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in a customer’s location.
