Shipping Policy
How eSIM orders are delivered and how physical travel products are prepared and shipped.
Digital eSIM delivery
eSIM purchases are delivered electronically to the email address supplied during checkout. Delivery is normally immediate after successful payment, although fraud screening or network delays can occasionally require additional processing time. No physical package is shipped for an eSIM.
Physical products
In-stock physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard United States delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Rates and tracking
Complimentary standard U.S. shipping applies to qualifying physical-product orders over $100. Any other available shipping charge is disclosed before payment. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order.
International availability
International shipping destinations, charges, duties, and taxes vary by product and destination. If a destination is supported, all available charges are shown before payment. Customers are responsible for import duties or taxes disclosed by their local authority.
Delays, address changes, and cancellations
If we cannot dispatch a physical order within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and the available cancellation or refund options. Contact us as soon as possible if an address must be corrected. Once a carrier accepts the package, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Missing deliveries
If tracking shows a delivery problem or the package has not arrived within the carrier’s expected window, contact us with the order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and provide the remedy required for an eligible lost or undelivered order.
